You Don't Know How to Use Your Words

A lot of people don't know how to use their words. That's a gift, though, and a gift and a curse. I am challenged in my mind on a daily fucking basis all the time. So telling me to get rest isn't very comforting or it's not that easy. You feel like you don't have like you have. And it affects when I'm awake, it affects my responses and reactions to things because I'm never really rested.
