The Pros and Cons of Consistent Naming and Structuring

The lack of consistency can certainly, can be a problem, but it's a very good thing when you do have it. We actually got away from that trying to keep everybody's config files and IDEs in sync. So we did use a back-end approach we call style CI. And basically makes commits that fix all of that formatting for you on the back-end. That way we know that everything has one format for everything.
