Justice Bryor: Is He a Moderate or a Liberal?

Justice bryor was on the bench nearly three decades, yet he wasn't as well known to the general public as other justices. He supported at least a large chunk of the courts jurisprudence that is now in dissent. i think what complicates his legacy june, is not him. I think we knew who he was in 19 94 when president clinton nominated him,. Its how much the court moved around him and how different a court he left than the court that he joined.
