The three principles that we have around our approach to coaching are these. Be lazy, be curious, be often. Stop jumping in and fixing it and solving it for them. Let them do that work. And then recognize that every interaction can be a bit more coach-like. This is mostly about focused on making progress on the work that needs to be done.
