The sales process has to change a bit because you need to really understand why you're in that meeting. And then i think the other thing t a we talked about is make it easy for people to say yes. Scaling that is, yeh, a lot of them will want you to grow with them and they'll be realy. Some of them will be very clear about it, like, we expect you to help us with x ine z over the next two or three years. So sometimes you'll just have to grow to give your people a new new project experiences. It was pretty difficult figuring out how we felt about that. Ultimately for us, like when we saw that
