Book Launch Bladder - The Tom Sawyer Method

The Tom Sawyer method is where you have to pay to be a part of the launch team. You can really tell if somebody's willing to put in a couple hours of work and if they're not willing to spend the three dollars then either they don't value their time or they just wanted a free book. So I'm really an advocate for this method and in the book launch blueprint I talk about it a lot.
