Introduction
This morning, John had to reboot his Mac a couple of times. The keyboard and the trackpad were connecting to the Mac but didn't work when he plugged them in with USB-C cable. He went looking for Bluetooth settings and system settings which are conveniently near the top; they weren't there. So he did a system report and I scroll down to Bluetooth and it says Bluetooth controller and the address says no in all caps.
