Many people think to work with Gen Z is, that's the phrase, work with them. Don't try and guess their feelings of positivity or negativity. We also found in our research that a lot of clients said they're really scared to do anything with them because I feel like they can counsel me or take me down. And so taking the fear out of working with Gen Z seems to be quite a big part of our job.
