So is the post civil rights black community less racially united and more class divided than the pre civil rights community was? And was this intended or unintentional, consequence of civil rights legislation with sivil rights about segregating poor black people from the of black societyi mean, it's, i ma yet to appreciate the fact that it was stopped en on this incorporation process.
