How to Maximize Hypertrophy

Until recently, we always assumed it was how much glycogen you broke down would then determine how much glucose uptake you took up. But I'm actually on a paper with Yarn Waddacheski, who's here in Copenhagen, where I'm doing this visiting professorship. We recently found no real relationship between glycogen and glucose uptake. So that's very interesting. And my recommendation is to maximize hyperchve, do some higher repetition training and stick with one or other of the others.
