You Shouldn't Stay at Your Job More Than Two or Three Years
This is a time where everyone says you should never stay at your job longer than two or three years. That's very strange to me. It's never been a philosophy of mine. So I think my experience at my very first job out of college kind of set the tone for how I manage and nurture my career. But I work in very high tech and it takes time to nurture and go deep.
