How to Define a Workshop

I've been using sprints and workshops for a while. I think the benefit is exactly what you said. It just saves so much time if you get people in the room to actually get cross functions talking together. People absolutely love it when you can get them in the room and they can focus as you pointed out around something like an exciting thing, like finding the next direction for the big challenge. There's a book isn't there by is it by a chap called Knapp? Jake Knapp, is it? Yes. We'd love to have him on the show if you know him.
