How Did Chase Prepare You for This Challenge?

At Chase, there's a high bar for people interacting with others well and operating in accordance to the values of the company as they get more senior. I feel like what I learned at Intuit was how do you stop talking and get people to do? So how do you make it easy for them to take action? Then I went to a startup and that was just a ton of fun.
