Shakespeare and Tolstoy and the Word Nothing

Shakespeare is a rather nihilistic writer Tolstoy on the other hand creates something from nothing he shows us the great nothing. The word nothing with Tolstoy overtones has a very different quality from a Shakespearean nothing. In order to really appreciate Tolstoy's nothing or Tolstoys symbolism one needs to read widely in the canon another word that's weighted with Shakespearean meaning is tomorrow.
