Twitter has broad immunity under Section 230 of the U.S. law, which says platforms that host third party content aren't liable for what those third parties post. That's why I think you can get away with just about anything and Twitter is no different. The really big players here are Facebook and TikTok and obviously alphabet in the search area. But Twitter happens to be very small. It's just very loud and that's different than big. It's a really terrible business. Never made any money.
