Apple's photo books had a way to do this and so do all these third party extension that i use. You can export your book as a PDF. It doesn't really look like a book anymore but it does show every single page in the print layout. And now i don't feel the need to go back through every single one of my photo books and repair the missing photos which are surely there by the way.
