ROI Calculation for Testing

A lot of agencies and people on LinkedIn are promoting an ROI calculation for a testing. The first email you get from me is best practices suck, that's my opening thing. I think it's just a matter of shifting the conversation back to what is CRO? What are you trying to achieve? We'll get fired at some point if we don't talk about this.
