The Importance of Purpose in Management

When we're working around purpose, you know, with our people and trying to keep them connected, how does that change the way that we do our own job? I felt that I became so much more effective as a manager when I stopped seeing myself as like a person in charge or like an authoritative person who is there to make decisions. And my job is to sort of facilitate other people making great decisions themselves.
