The Role of Vitamins in Cosmetics
Kuwait has banned the sale of cosmetics that contain butylphenyl methylpropylinol, which also is known as lilyol. It's one of the now banned allergens within the EU. Their problem was that the lilyol is classified a carcinogen by the European chemical agency.
