I think we've gotten more sophisticated overtime. It's a way for us to kind of weed out people who we think just won't be a fit. The number one thing i look for is somebody who's willing to be coachable. If you don't fit on the initial like roll that i put you on, i'm happy to move you somewhere else. And then you have to be enthusiastic and fit the culture of the team. So you have to just get along with others and be polited and be willing to learn.
