The Incredibles Extras: Brad Bird's Story

Pixar brought in Brad Bird to shake things up. He wrote two episodes of Amazing Stories, one of which was my favorite. The brain trust at Pixar is what you would expect if you were aspiring to write an animated movie. There's a good book called Creativity Inc. about the process of creativity.
