Maternity law in India is forcing companies to pay men more for six-month paternity leave. The policy has disadvantaged women, but if it was made compulsory the problem would be solved. But a single man can also get married and have a baby, just as a single n gengra are pobablistic thinking. You bring the coercive hand of the state in, it leads tho all kinds of perverse outcomes, as has happened with the maternity leve act which has really harmed women.
