We commerce was sold to a family office in Vancouver. We bought it back from them, and we started a new holding company called we commerce. The thesis was very simple: shopifi was the best platform for independent retailers. And over the long term, people were always going to want to control their data. It would double or triple over the next ten or 20 years.

My guest is businessman and investor Andrew Wilkinson, who has made a successful career out of channeling his entrepreneurial spirit, but he knows that sometimes that energy can be a double-edged sword.
