There's some evidence, the best evidence that we have coming out of 2008 ban in Oregon that wages are suppressed. The Federal Trade Commission is charged with stopping unfair methods of competition. And by locking your employees up as the perspective goes, that's an unfair method of competition. So they think that they can, if we believe what they have in their proposed rulemaking document, they believe that they'll raise wages $300 billion per year.
