Hurricanes Aren't Slowing Down After They Hit Land
Up to 7,750,000 people are without water in Puerto Rico. The storm also caused significant damage in the Dominican Republic. Fiona had strengthened to category four and was barreling toward Bermuda. It's projected to hit Nova Scotia later this week.
