Is the Problem in the German Economy?
Energy prices were cheap, particularly for natural gass and electricity in europe. We have the highest coal prices that we have ever seen. No one is imvesting in a new tone of production because companies are focusing returning money to shareholders. All these in euroe because they go for windfall taxes in they aggravate that supply situation.
