Whirlpool Hopping: A Way to Drive Our Flavor

We've seen partial successes with mid fermentation dry hopping, depending if we're using California Ale. We did see initial success. But I don't think our production group wants to go on this route again. And last but not least, let's hear about the whirlpool experiment.
