I think authenticity, the being authentic. This is actually been a thing I wrestled with quite a bit. It can be an excuse for not becoming a better version of yourself. And part of it's like I try and play to my streams, you know, I'm a good teacher. A true I would say a truer versions of yourself. So one of the coolest features of your book is your year of living which is a brilliant idea.
