Are You Extremely Direct?

i think it's important to know where to bek extremely direct and where to be more obtuse. For me, personally, i try to be extremely direct when i can be really articulate about what i'm trying to say. Clare is really incredible, like a different way of doing this, i think, just requires difrent skills that i don't have yet. I'd actually love o give teams that you've built in the fairly heavily regulated industries some advice on how to make them work better.
