The Ukraine Counter-Offense
Ukraine says it has liberated several villages in the south east of the country. They're effectively trying to make their way to the sea so that they cut off the Crimean Peninsula from the rest of the area that the Russians control. There's not yet a sort of statement from the Russian side specifically saying what is going on. But there's also some interesting stuff going on with the Wagner group. What's happening there? Russia is basically trying to take control of it. It seems to me that a victorious side does not tend to argue amongst itself during the battle. These kind of squabbles would indicate to me a side that is very worried about its prospects of success.
