Are You a Female Coach for a Male Executive?
Dan, it's exactly what i see, is that the men more trouble being assertive in a non offensive way than do the women. So its being self directed or self erivated when you're describing a serted, but in a not offensive way. Women tend to be higher in the empathy scale, and then they are usually lower in the assertivenes scale. And how do they respond? I just have to ask this office to follow o i mean, you obviously a woman giving advice. Most of them are very eager to learn and want to yes, sorry, i probly didn't prase right.
