The Problem of Induction

There's no real guarantee that just because something has happened previously it will happen again. And this is the problem of induction, which is that we seem to know these regularities as they exist out there. There isn't a kind of integrated whole level of multicellular organism yet, right? But that doesn't mean that it's in principle impossible, right? So you can see the kind of contradictions that come from induction.
