A Concrete Example of Scarcity
Scarcity is the idea that as demand for something increases, supply decreases. The same kind of thing happens with ticket scalpers who buy up tickets to a football match and then theyre selling them for more because o demand is outstripping supply. If you were completely new to the concept of scarcity, you might misunderstand and think that it always involves ticket sales. So what we've done here is we wee broadend our understanding by coming up with an example that still about the same abstract concept, but er now, about a completely different iguess.
