Cascade: A Tool for Predicting Black Swan Events
Cascade software predicts so-called black swan events. If one can predict these, it stands to reason that the same software might be able to indicate the conditions under which they could be engineered. So Aldrich Kemp's murder was one of the butterflies. We've also identified a plane crash in Yemen, a car accident in the Swiss Alps and a base-jumping mishap of all things, in Uruguay. But we've no idea where all this is meant to leave - not yet.
