Dr. Beverly Gage is an historian at Yale University and who has just published what I think will be the definitive final word biography on one jad gurhuver. In my view that is the most damning assessment of Hoover and his legacy here's a man who spent his adult life projecting this image as an incorruptible paragon of virtue, yet he lacked the moral intelligence to distinguish between Martin Luther King and the Ku Klux Klan.
