The Pessimism in the Ad Market

The NBC upfront usually kicks off this week, Monday morning at Radio City Music Hall. On Wednesday of upfront week, you have both Netflix and YouTube presenting. The ad market has been a little bit soft because of general macro economic concerns or certain industries like media and entertainment. But new streaming services with ad tiers are starting to move some dollars.
