Is There a Relationship Between the Government and the Civil Service?
David Cameron's former adviser says the most important thing he did on his first day of becoming prime minister was to tell the civil service how brilliant they were. It doesn't look like listrus has got that sort of relationship, or that inkling to have that kind of relationship with the civil service. You're not going to get anything done as a government if you don't have the civil service working with you. And all this sort of tory talk, obat, war on civil service is pathetic from the tory party.
