Is There Any Connection Between Cassel Framework and Oecd Framework?
Oe c des report does mention cassel few times, but they didn't really make a connection between these two things. Instead, o e c d like more focus on another framework called big five which is something huge in psychology. So there's these different sort of frameworks to think about and sort of operationalize these ideas for different purposes. Thereare some overlaps, but defenintly different ways of thinking through what c l is.
