The town of Percomba, California has had a bit of a glow up in the last few years. Three business partners purchased the Hocha Springs Hotel and have been restoring it for nearly two years. It was in one of these buildings, the old gas station, that they set up a de facto mutual aid hubbeau almost overnight.
