Ein Rand wrote an open letter to the readers of Dr. Harry Vinzwanger's publication called the Objectivist Forum. In it, she says: "Objectivism is the name I've given to my philosophy" And that anyone using that name for some philosophical hodgepodge of his own without her knowledge or consent 'is guilty of a fraudulent presumption' She also said if you agree with some tenets but disagree with others don't call yourself an objectivist.
