How to Be Less Reactive in Relationships
The best protection against abusers is owning your own feelings. It's understandable if you are a victim of any form of abuse, specifically narcissistic abuse that there will be a certain amount of pain and reactivity on your day to day life. Becoming less reactive will allow you space to think, am I being manipulated? Am I being abused? Is this person exploiting my vulnerabilities for their personal gain? And if so, setting a boundary to avoid that happening in the future.
