One of the big challenges I see people have starting partnerships is really in that initial starting phase. You treat them like a lead until they say, leave me alone or your process is over. If you offer someone something for in a gym, if you have the space, have them come in for a pop-up shop. Usually people say yes and just being kind and offering them something and not asking for anything in return.
