"What you're seeing there is, maybe they've increased their hemoglobin 15, and their sat is like 75. That means that they have about five grams of deoxygen in hemlom," she says. "In somebody who has a lower hemagomen, they just won't have enough to be able to see it if you look at their nails, our lips,. So sinosis is useful, but it's not something we see every day because you have to get your doxygened hemoglobin to a very high number."
