I Was a Fresher, I Was a Fresher
I was the only one left in a small form when i joined state bank of india. I think there was a lot also to do with the culture, because many of my peers had prior work experience and came with an expectation of what a company should be like. So by a sixth month, i realized everybody else had left. And they had also, the firmer decided that i am people cha culture is not for us. Anyway, i persevered because i somehow found a middle ground where i was not accepting complete devotion either but also not so uncomfortable that i had to move out.
