Do You Know if You Have Low Bone Density?
A person can enter lat say, theyr forties or fifties, at a certain height, and then ten years later they're an inch shorter. It happens in their spine that it sort of gets compressed and sometimes also contorted, so they lean forward a little bit with those. So as a preventative measure, we mention it's important to get calcium in your diet. A smoking has a negative effect on bone density. There's many reasons not to smoke. Heavy alcohol in take also does that. More than three drinks a day is supposed to be deleterious to bone density.
