The Importance of Social Capital in Success

Some ethnic groups integrate better than others and some are more successful than others. Identity politics entices certain community groups away from any sense of connecting to society into this world of everything being the world being against you. I think that with identity politics as well, some people use it as a form of comfort to cover their own shortcomings. A degree of personal responsibility and individual initiatives needed in order to look at what's going on when it comes to these social movements.
