The Shift of Power in Design

Sometimes it's actually about accepting that we may take power away from some people and we may give it to other people. Would you agree with that? Yeah, I mean, it's possible. There is something I think there's this is where it's like really good to understand what people and groups within the system are incentivized by. If they're incentivized by sort of power hoarding, that's something that you would have to address. And then again, the approach that might lead to more visual mapping, these are all really good ways to gain alignment in a way that can be really powerful.
