The Dry Tone of Wes Anderson

I was a huge Wes Anderson fan for a while and then I kind of fell off over the last few movies. But I'm pretty back on board with this. The color temperature is so neat, the compositions are so immaculate. Tom Hanks seemingly incapable of giving kind of a deadpan line delivery. All of his lines felt very heartfelt and emotional. He just keeps collecting honkeys for his films.
