How Do You Monetize New Programs or New Services?

I'm very inspired by the stuff that you have done from a business standpoint it also seems are you fragmented because you are doing everything from girls so early to women so late. How do you think of what is core and you know the social impact angle is fine but from a where how will you monetize all of this? We try to use some three simple rules of thumb in terms of whether we launch a new community or a new program. If not no matter how attractive the partner is, how great a brand name it is, how much you know publicity it would get us we won't do it.
