The Black Cat in the Aventine

The neighborhood of Aventine is full of unusual remnants and decorations. There are three identical cats relaxing on this peaceful stretch of pavement. After a refreshing drink of water from the smaller fountain, you walk on through the arch-dentrance of a park. Officially, this place is called Savello Park, after an aristocratic family who lived in the area in medieval times. But it's better known as the orange garden.
